
OPPORTUNITY

This international aid organization had a solid foundation of major gifts, but needed to broaden its reach to smaller, individual donors. I launched their general fund, where I led the branding, messaging, and strategy. The rollout included a first-time use of social media, blogging, digital campaigns, and small donor appreciation events. Direct mail was re-imagined to highlight successful clients through strong photography and storytelling. A new donor database and workflow added to the exponential growth of the general fund under my management.
