
OPPORTUNITY
With a stellar reputation, this national museum had an opportunity to leverage its high brand equity to stronger audience engagement across all of its digital channels, as well as increase its media attention. I created: a new website; e-marketing plan; video content; channel launches like Google Business, LinkedIn, and Google Ads; content-rich social media posts with calls to action; and timely, proactive media pitches. Complementing this were new customer surveys, strategic partnerships, DEIA initiatives, and cross-selling.
